Returns / Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, you can return for a refund or exchange your item(s) for a different size. 
  • Custom items or items altered at the request of customer are non refundable/exchangeable
  • Email to initiate your return. Provide your name and order number. A shipping label will be sent to the email provided during your purchase. 
  • The amount of your return is only for the item(s) you purchased. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will be deducted from your refund
  • Returns must be initiated via email within 3 days of receipt of the item. Merchandise must be received by USPS within 7 days of delivery date.
  • Exchanges or refunds will be issued provided the merchandise is in its original condition. Smoke Free and no signs of wear. 
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the item(s) will be returned to you.
  • please allow up to 3 days to process refunds or exchanges
