Returns / Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, you can return for a refund or exchange your item(s) for a different size.
- Custom items or items altered at the request of customer are non refundable/exchangeable
- Email dirtybleachsupply@gmail.com to initiate your return. Provide your name and order number. A shipping label will be sent to the email provided during your purchase.
- The amount of your return is only for the item(s) you purchased. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns must be initiated via email within 3 days of receipt of the item. Merchandise must be received by USPS within 7 days of delivery date.
- Exchanges or refunds will be issued provided the merchandise is in its original condition. Smoke Free and no signs of wear.
- If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the item(s) will be returned to you.
